TPO

Thermoplastic single-ply membranes represent the fastest growing segment of the U.S. commercial roofing market over the past five years. TPO roofing has exellent durabilty and dimensional stabilty. The reinforced membrane can be mechanically-attached or fully adhered and the lap seams and detail work are heat welded or adhered. The flexibility of TPO make it highly resistant to tears, impacts, and punctures, while also allowing for shifting or building movement.

EPDM
Sometimes referred to as “rubber roofing” EPDM is an extremely durable single-ply synthetic rubber roofing membrane. Some of the features that contribute to the popularity of EPDM single-ply roofing include long-term durability, excellent resistance to temperature extremes, UV radiation, and ozone, as well as ease, speed, and cleanliness of installation.

Built-up Roofing
BUR systems consist of layers or plies of roofing felts, between which asphalt or bitumen is applied. Built-up roofing is one of the oldest and most durable systems available. Its multiple layers provide extra protection and perform well in extreme weather conditions. Built-up roofs are durable and especially resistant to damage from wind, hail and snow.
Modified Bitumen System

Modified Bitumen
Similar to built-up roofing, but with the added security of a polymer or rubber-based membrane to improve performance. Modified bitumen consists of asphalt with a variety of modifiers added to give it durability. The membrane can be capped with gravel or coated with specially formulated roof coatings for added strength and energy efficiency. Modified bitumen roofs are resistant to heavy traffic and punctures.
